I'm not sure if I have any use for it but it looks pretty cool and very cheap.
However cheap it was the quality is still very good.
There are rubbers on the four corners so that it doesn't slip off your table.
I use a glass table so it stays in place just fine when not in use. ^_^
Instructions on the back on how to add ink when it runs out.
Unfortunately this was the only design left at the branch I went to. (and no stamps at all in other branches!! T_T) Hope I find some other designs.
...And maybe something in Japanese! :3
